The past few weeks have been very busy around our house. It seems like life is flying by and enjoying it all is an afterthought. The girls were sick a few weeks ago with cough and running noses but seem to be doing much better now. Brad took a trip with the guys to the Buffalo River this past weekend, and Abigail wanted to go with him so much that she flung herself out of her crib and onto the nursery floor! During her morning nap on Saturday, Abigail must have been really excited and either pulled herself up or pushed her back against the crib to the point of standing. Rebekah and her parents were there to check for broken bones, comfort, and make sure she was okay. Sydney slept through it all! The girls will be 10 months on Sunday, and we think that this is the most fun stage so far. They are happy girls with lots of smiles. Abigail is becoming more mobile and more confident in her crawling. We had to buy a gate last night to keep her in or out of the sunroom. The above picture with all of the toys is sort of a joke--they weren't really playing with them all at the same time, but I thought it was funny that we could almost fill our great room with all of the 'educational' tools for our girls development...Oh, but we still are not afraid to buy them new things to broaden their horizons--they love their new swing in the front yard.
